Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
The Georgia Art Company is operated by The Georgia Art Company LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use our contact or event-inquiry forms, including:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Any message, party size, or event details you choose to share
We also automatically collect limited technical and usage data (such as pages visited and general device information) through analytics and tracking tools to help us understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries and contact requests
- Coordinate and confirm classes, parties, and group events
- Improve our website and services
We do not sell your personal information. We only contact you about your inquiry or our services with your consent.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with trusted providers that help us operate the business, including our customer-management and booking platform (GoHighLevel) and our map provider (Mapbox). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so anything you submit through our forms is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are stored in our customer-management platform (GoHighLevel), which is access-controlled; only staff who need your information in order to respond to you can see it.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, coordinate your event, and run the business. Where we record your text-message consent, we retain the date, the form you used, and the exact wording you agreed to, so we can show what you consented to if you ever ask.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t promise absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will let you know.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic analytics and to improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.
Your choices
You may request that we update or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by reaching out using the details below.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Our contact and group-event forms offer two separate text-message opt-ins. Both are optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of submitting a form or of any purchase — you can send us an inquiry and hear back by phone or email without agreeing to either.
Service messages. If you check the first box, we may text you about the thing you contacted us about: replies to your inquiry, group event and party booking coordination and confirmations, appointment reminders, and a notice when your fired pottery is ready for pickup.
Promotional messages. If you separately check the second box, we may also text you occasional studio news, event announcements, and promotions. Checking the first box does not opt you into these; you can opt into one without the other, and you can opt out of either at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from us. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian complete the form and provide consent on your behalf. Children are welcome in the studio — this applies only to who may agree to receive texts.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carrier support may vary.
You provide your mobile number and opt-in consent through our forms, and we keep a record of what you agreed to and when. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-message data is used only to communicate with you about your inquiry and our services.
